Baked Fried Chicken

Here is a recipe for people who love fried chicken, but need a healthier alternative and it only takes a few minutes to prepare.

Baked Fried Chicken

2 cups Fried Onions
2 Tbsp Flour
1 Tsp Poultry Seasoning
½ tsp sage
1 tsp sea salt
1 egg beaten
4 boneless skinless chicken

1.       Mix the first 5 ingredients in a plastic bag and crush with rolling pan.
2.       Dip chicken in beaten egg
3.       Place chicken in bag with crushed ingredients and shake till well coated
4.       Place chicken on baking sheet and bake at 400F for approximately 20 minutes
5.       Serve with side salad or steamed vegetables.
