Mango Guacamole

Mango Guacamole
Makes about three cups
One mango, peeled and diced ( They are very slippery so be careful)
3 avocados, halved, pitted and scooped out
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 cup minced cilantro
1 medium to large jalapeƱo, seeded and minced
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Add everything to a mixing bowl and mash until chunky smooth. I added the avocados last so they wouldn’t turn brown. The mango adds a wonderful sweetness which sets this apart from your usual guacamole. This is good with homemade baked pita chips.

  1. I have seen first-hand that this works: buyessays.cheap. However, just like with ANY other teaching strategy, make sure it works with your students, and if it doesn't, try something else. In this instance, don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.
